Hello, my name is Polly Cade, and I am a Family Health Advocate/ Group Facilitator for the Black Infant Health (BIH) Program. I have a bachelor’s degree in Social Science, and I became interested in the BIH program immediately after reading about the devastating health crises affecting infants and black birthing people.
