You can find their colorful, nutrient-rich and enticing recipes on their website, Food Heaven, and their various social media platforms, including a relatable and fun YouTube channel. If you eat with your eyes, the vibrant hues in their edible creations will entice you to consider some strange and wonderful concoctions, like their ‘Cauliflower Blueberry Smoothie Bowl’ and their ‘Kale Guacamole’ aka “GuacKaleMole” (don’t knock it ‘til you try it). The pair’s easy camaraderie and genuine care for each other – that’s where the BFF part comes in – and for their audience (primarily women of color) shines through. Total Time: 5 mins
- 2 cups of baby spinach
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1, 6-ounce container of plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup of organic tofu
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
