Meet Tiffanie Gammon – Your BIH Mental Health Support Sister!

Are you ready to hear about the incredible work happening at BIH? As a Mental Health Professional with the Black Infant Health Program in San Diego, I am proud to say that I work alongside a team of phenomenal staff members and participants who are making a real difference in our community.

In my role, I provide short-term therapy to those in need, and it’s a privilege and an honor to be able to help people in this way. But what I love most about working at BIH is the sense of community and support that we have here. There are no boundaries or limits to the space we share, and that’s what makes this program truly life-changing.

If you’re a BIH mom looking for some advice, I would encourage you to stay strong and trust yourself. You are capable of so much more than you realize. And if you ever need someone to talk to, don’t hesitate to reach out. You can contact me through your Family Health Advocate with the BIH program, and I would be more than happy to help in any way I can.
