Jerome Torres, Senior Management Analyst for the City of Coronado, serves on NHA’s Board of Directors. Torres’ areas of expertise include conducting organizational, legislative, public policy research and analysis at city, county and school district levels. Additionally, Torres is knowledgeable in preparing grant applications to secure millions of dollars in federal/state funding in the areas of public safety, juvenile justice, traffic demand management and energy. He also serves as staff liaison to public agencies and staff support to community advisory groups.
