Arthur Benjamin

Board Member 

Arthur Benjamin is an experienced diversity, equity and inclusion executive with combined 19 years of demonstrated history in strategic thought leadership, executive leadership and strategic planning around the complexities of talent engagement, culture, equity work, diversity, inclusion and belonging.

 Mr. Benjamin holds a BS in Social Psychology and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership while serving as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion at the largest independent performance marketing agency in the United States, Tinuiti. Concurrently, Mr. Benjamin chairs the San Diego Diversity Inclusion & Belonging Network, a monthly gathering of the top
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging thought leaders and he serves on the Athena Male Allyship committee championing and training male executives on how to ally for women in STEM.

Prior to joining Tinuiti, Mr. Benjamin served as the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for Varian Medical Systems where he drove culture transformation and global equity and belonging work for over 11,00 employees across 47 countries. He has also been the Manager of Diversity, Inclusion & Talent Acquisition Strategy at California Coast Credit Union, and supervised the Talent Acquisition & Inclusion Strategy for Sony North America.

Mr. Benjamin has partnered with Center for Executive Excellence (CEE) to design, develop and facilitate a series of panel discussions with DEI practitioners, thought leaders, and executives from diverse organizations to share best practices in this rapidly developing field. He is partnering with CEE to facilitate quarterly panel discussions in 2021 to continue to bring meaningful conversations around DEI to equip leaders with the necessary tools that make them better strategic leaders and thinkers. Arthur’s global influence and advisory has won him praise from around the world with numerous awards. He most recently was awarded the 2022 DEI Global Influencer Award, 2022 Most Influential African American Leaders in Business Award, and the 2022 Top 100 DEI Leaders in the Nation by Mogul.
