NHA is honored to be recognized as one of San Diego’s 2019 Best and Brightest in Wellness. The agency and other winners received this award for promoting a culture of wellness and implementing and evaluating efforts in employee wellness to make the agency and the community and healthier place to live and work. This is the second year in a row that NHA has received this honor. Award winners were celebrated at the San Diego’s Best and Brightest Symposium and Awards Gala in February. During the Symposium and Awards Gala, NHA President and CEO Rudy Johnson participated in a panel on workplace culture, diversity and inclusion, wellness, and technology.
The Best and Brightest awards program is a part of the National Association Business Resources (NABR). The NABR, established in 1996, fosters a collaborative environment in which companies and leaders learn best practices, trends, and vital information benefiting the company and its employees well beyond the finances.
