Recognized as an authentic, influential and passionate leader, Lauren Abrams is capable of leading organizational change. She currently works as a Management Consultant at Abrams Consulting, focusing on creating and improving customer service operations. Ms. Abrams works closely with company leaders and employees to create best in class processes for customer delivery and commercialization of its products and services.
Ms. Abrams served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Source Refrigeration and HVAC from 2009 to 2012. Source, a $200M company is the largest independent refrigeration and HVAC service provider in the US. The first CEO after the founder, Ms. Abrams revamped and streamlined the organization structure and spearheaded major internal operational systems improvements.
Prior to joining Source, Ms. Abrams was Senior Vice President, Customer Support Operations for Cardinal Health (CAH), a $100 billion global company serving the healthcare industry. While at Cardinal Health, she led the North American service and support operations for medication automation and delivery systems; encompassing pre-sales clinical and technical consulting, project management/implementation, technical service, field repair and clinical support.
Abrams has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Sarah Lawrence College, Bronxville, NY.
