With utmost dedication, Dorianne Mormann brings almost 20 years of experience in the restaurant and catering business. Mormann has spent 11 years at the Convention Center, starting as Convention Services Manager and working her way to her current position of Director of Catering. Mormann has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cal. State Polytechnic University.
