The Neighborhood House Association (NHA) respects the right to privacy of users of our web site. NHA makes every reasonable effort to assure user confidentiality.

Our Web site does not enable our visitors to communicate with other visitors or to post information to be accessed by others. Our Web site does not include links to commercial third party providers.

Our Web site will solicit data for specific purposes such as surveys or donor information. The data is collected only on a volunteer basis and requires confirmation from the user. We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organizations. We will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data within a month, although we may require proof of your identity. We will provide the information without any charge.
We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data erased, rectified or amended or completed.
We reserve the right to refuse this service, but will give reasons for our refusal. We will furnish you with the procedure to appeal such a decision.
