NHA President & CEO Rudolph A. Johnson, III spoke at the ACR 45 Early Care and Education and Parental Education and Involvement press conference in Sacramento on May 20, 2013.
The press conference, arranged by Assembly Member Shirley N. Weber, (D-San Diego), in conjunction with the California Legislative Black Caucus, discussed ACR 45, a resolution highlighting the importance of parent involvement and early care and education programs and urges the California State Legislature, the Governor, and Superintendent of Public Instruction to restore funding to facilities and programs that encourage early childhood education.
NHA was on hand, as well as other various organizations that are supportive of Early Care and Education.
