Terrell Fletcher

Board Member 

Terrell Fletcher is a pastor, entrepreneur, community advocate, and author. He has spent 19 years serving the city of San Diego in the faith and non-profit arenas. As an integral part of the San Diego faith landscape, Terrell is the senior pastor of the City of Hope International Church (COHI). Consisting of over 900 members, COHI is home to 12 ministries that directly benefit over 3,000 San Diegans. As a community advocate and educator, Terrell has served in many capacities: San Diego Gas and Electric Community Advisory Board (current), Union Tribune Advisory Board, RFI Fellowship General Board, Junior Achievement USA spokesperson, San Diego County Adoptions spokesperson, NFL Union representative, San Diego Chargers former chaplain; and as an adjunct professor at Azusa Pacific University Seminary (current).

Prior to community work and ministry, Terrell enjoyed an eight-year career as a professional football player with the then San Diego Chargers. A scholar at the core, Terrell received his bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, master’s degree in religious studies from San Diego Seminary, and doctorate in transformational leadership from Bakke Graduate University.

As a prominent speaker, coach, and the CEO of TF Said IT LLC, Terrell travels the globe to provoke thought and infuse a message of purpose and transformation to organizations such as: Walmart, Viasat, Omni Creative Labs, MSNBC, Fox News, Special Olympics, Creative Flow Arts & Entertainment, Trinity Broadcasting Network, and more. With his partners their aim is to assist business and community leaders to “connect their heads with their hearts,” transform their industries toward a moral trajectory, and produce with a purposeful perspective in mind.
