Mr. Hardt established Bridges Destination Management, Inc. in 2007, having built the company from the ground up with just three staff members. Within three years, Mr. Hardt tripled his staff while maintaining an excellent margin of profitability during the worst recession since the great depression. Mr. Hardt’s company manages anything from weddings to corporate events with services from photography to entertainment to floral arrangements.
Prior to starting Bridges Destination Management, Mr. Hardt worked for a variety of production companies including Quantum Productions, where he was Vice-President and Co-Owner, Nouveau Model Talent Management, Inc, and Stu Segall Productions, Inc.
