Neighborhood House Association President and CEO attended the opening day of the three-day California Head Start Annual Conference on January 28 to present the state-wide association with a proclamation from San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders, proclaiming the third week of January to be “Head Start Week” in San Diego.
