For over 20 years, Fran Ayalasomayajula, D. Msc., executive healthcare strategist and technologist, has been dedicated to serving the interests of populations around the world in an effort to improve the quality of healthcare, provision access to healthcare, and increase health literacy and patient engagement.
Currently the Global Healthcare Solutions Senior Manager for HP, Inc., Fran leads the organization in devising strategies and innovations designed to advance and deliver improved clinical outcomes and better population health. Prior to HP, Frances worked for major healthcare institutions, including WHO, CDC, BMS, and UHG.
Fran is the recipient of national awards for motivational and collaborative leadership including the 2006 National Campaign for Tolerance. She is a member of the Wall of Tolerance, the United Nations Association, and multiple global organizations on population health. She is actively involved in community minded initiatives, such as rare disease patient advocacy, and the application of technology services for the promotion of aging with independence and community connectedness. In 2015, Fran was a contributing writer on the Fact Sheet submitted to the White House Conference on Aging.
She is also a talented public speaker and writer, delivering a message of self-empowerment. She has taught courses in career goal development and leadership, including a workshop series entitled Spiritual Leadership, and presents webinars to global corporate audiences on triumphing over personal and professional adversity. The author of Anatomy and Physiology for Yoga Teachers and Practitioners and the Yoga Sutras Bring Vitality to Your Career, Fran connects her readers with the truisms of ancient philosophy in rebuttal to the bedlam of modern society.

In addition to holding graduate degrees and certifications in public health, information technology, international relations, and organizational leadership, Fran is a metaphysics scholar, reiki master, and member of the International Metaphysical Ministry. She is a practitioner of yoga, with formal teacher training from the Temple of Kriya Yoga and the Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation (VYASA LA).
Fran is the President and Founder of I-Belong, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit digital health and wellness club. The mission of the organization is to provide everyone with access to the resources they need in order to live a healthy lifestyle. Established in March 2016, the organization is beginning to gain national recognition with provider status from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and Healthways Silver Sneakers Program. With members spanning from coast to coast, and ranging in age from 8 to 80 years old, I-Belong is creating a diverse community joined together by one common set of goals: Live Healthy. Be Happy.
