On November 15, Neighborhood House Association partnered with Chula Vista Port Commissioner
Mike Najera to host the organization's first Latino Leaders breakfast.
The early-morning meeting took place at one of NHA's Head Start affiliate sites and
gave San Diego's Latino business and government leaders a chance to learn about the
vital services that NHA provides to the Latino community throughout the county.
The presentation featured a touching testimony from a former Head Start parent whose
life was changed by the services she and her family received from NHA's Head Start program.
