W. Harold Tuck, Jr.

Board of Directors 1st Vice Chair W. Harold Tuck, Jr. is Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for the County of San Diego. In this role, Mr. Tuck works with the County Board of Supervisors and the County's Chief Administrative Officer. He is also the General Manager of the County's Public Safety Group. Mr. Tuck is the President of the California Black Health Network and is also on the Board of Directors of the University of San Diego Nonprofit Leadership & Management Program Advisory Board, the San Diego Black Health Associates and Rest Haven Preventorium for Children. He chairs NHA's Programs Committee and sits on the Nominating & By-Laws and Executive committees.
