William Scarfia

Board of Directors Treasurer William Scarfia, CPA is Chief Financial Officer at the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Scarfia also chairs the NHA Finance Committee and serves on the Audit and Executive committees. He brings a wealth of knowledge in financial management, human resources and information technology to NHA. Mr. Scarfia is a member of the Financial Executives Institute, San Diego Chapter and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
