Rita M. Cepeda

Dr. Rita M. Cepeda is the first Latina president of San Diego Mesa College. She has more than 30 years experience working for community colleges, 10 of those as president and has been at Mesa since 2005. In addition to serving on NHA’s board of directors, Dr. Cepeda sits on many national and local community boards and committees.
