Leon Williams

Leon Williams retired in 2006 from his 11 year role as chairman of the San Diego Metropolitan Transit Authority. Mr. Williams boasts a 50 year career in the San Diego County public sector, including 14 years a city councilman for San Diego's fourth district and 12 years on the county board of supervisors. He was also a social worker for the county, worked as an administrator in the county sheriff's office and was director of the Neighborhood Youth Corp for San Diego Urban League. He sits on NHA's Adult Day Health Care, Programs and Ad Hoc Safety committees.
