NHA Board of Directors
As Chair of Neighborhood House Association's Head Start Policy Council, Brian assumes general charge of the business affairs of the council. The Policy Council is made up of current and former Head Start parents and is responsible for oversight of the Head Start program in conjunction with NHA, using a shared decision-making model.
